Компания Eidos совместно с Microsoft анонсировали, что для Xbox 360-версии игры Tomb Rider: Underworld появятся две новые главы. Появятся они в виде скачиваемого контента на сервисе Xbox Live Marketplace и подарят скачавшим их игрокам более 6 часов геймплея. Первая глава, получившая имя Beneath the Ashes, появится к Рождеству. Вторая часть Lara’s Shadow появится в самом начале 2009 года. Также принято достаточно неожиданное решение о выпуске демо-версии Tomb Rider: Underworld в октябре.
