Компания Nintendo сообщила о дате выхода нового игрового контроллера Wii MotionPlus. Его продажи начнутся в Северной Америке 8 июня, по цене в 19,99 доллара. Спустя четыре дня продажи устройства начнутся в Европе. Новый контроллер позволить увеличить точность, с которой отслеживаются движения игрока.
Многие компании сразу же заявили о поддержке нового аксессуара. Сама Nintendo рассказала и о начале продаж одной из первых игр поддерживающих новый контроллер. Релиз спортивного сборника Wii Sports Resort намечен на 4 июля в Америке и 6 июля в Европе. Цена составит 49,99 долларов. Игра будет комплектоваться контроллером Wii MotionPlus.
На данный момент Nintendo Wii является самой популярной игровой консолью последнего поколения, обгоняя по количеству продаж своих главных конкурентов – Xbox 360 и PlayStation 3.
